The film explores the dying tradition of gun-making by the Wancho tribe in the remote eastern part of Arunachal Pradesh in the context of modernisation and militancy (being waged by numerous Naga underground groups). Making and using guns and gunpowder is not only legal here, but a way of life. And it is here, that the anchor will fire his first unlicensed weapon, hand made, by the last gunmaker of Longding.
